Returns and refunds

This policy supplements the terms and conditions of sale and applies only to purchases made on the Site by consumers (individuals acting for purposes outside their business). Purchases completed on Vinted, Subito or Wallapop are governed by the terms of the respective platform. Buyers with a VAT number are not entitled to the right of withdrawal.

1. Right of withdrawal — 14 days

Consumers may withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days of the day on which they, or a third party designated by them, take physical possession of the goods (Art. 52 Italian Consumer Code). For orders with several items delivered separately, the period starts from delivery of the last item.

To exercise it, the consumer must send an explicit statement within the deadline to lorenzoprosell@gmail.com, stating the order code, using the form below or any other explicit statement. Simply refusing the parcel or returning it without notice does not count as withdrawal.

2. Returning the goods

• The goods must be sent back within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, to the address the Seller will give in reply.
• Return shipping costs are borne entirely by the consumer. The risk of the return shipment lies with the consumer until receipt: a tracked shipment insured for the value of the cards is strongly recommended.
• The cards must come back in the condition in which they were delivered, in their top loader and any protective sleeve. The consumer is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics (Art. 57(2)): for example cards taken out and played with, bent, scratched, with damaged corners or surface, or sent for grading. In such cases the refund is reduced by the loss of value established.

3. Refund

• The refund covers the price of the goods and the initial delivery costs up to the standard shipping rate (Art. 56(2)).
• It is made within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same means of payment as the purchase unless expressly agreed otherwise; the consumer bears no cost for the refund.
• The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received or until proof of shipment, whichever is earlier (Art. 56(3)).
• Return shipping costs and any fees, duties or extra costs resulting from the consumer’s choices are not refunded.

4. Faulty or non-conforming items (legal guarantee)

The 24-month legal guarantee of conformity from delivery remains in force (Articles 128 et seq. Consumer Code). The defect must be reported within 2 months of discovery by writing to lorenzoprosell@gmail.com with the order code and photos of the defect. The Seller will, choosing among the remedies allowed by law, replace the item where possible or otherwise reduce the price or terminate the contract. Normal manufacturing characteristics of collectible cards (centering, slight printing imperfections) and fluctuations in their market value are not defects.

5. Damage or non-delivery

The customer must check the parcel on delivery and accept it with a written reservation to the courier if the packaging is visibly damaged, reporting the problem within 7 days with photos of the parcel and its contents. Prompt reporting allows a claim to be opened with the carrier; the consumer’s statutory rights remain unaffected in any case.
