Who is OKACHEKE
A semi-finalist at the Pokémon Card Game Illustration Grand Prix with a Slowpoke, OKACHEKE debuted with Shuppet, Skwovet and Ice Rider Calyrex V. Four years after that contest they drew the official Slowpoke of 151. They have also worked on the animation Pokémon: Twilight Wings and the film Detective Pikachu.
